Our planners, workbooks and savings challenges are currently digital products. No physical item will be shipped. You can download your purchase and print it at home or through a printing service.

Due to the digital nature of our products, change-of-mind refunds are generally not offered once a product has been downloaded. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply if a product is faulty or does not meet consumer guarantees.

Our PDF products can be opened on compatible devices. You may also be able to write on them using a PDF annotation app. They are not interactive digital planners unless stated in the product description.
