HER DAY CO. — Digital Download Refund Policy

All HER DAY CO. products are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped, and physical returns are not required.

Change of mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including accidentally choosing the wrong product or deciding you no longer need it, except where required by law. Please review the description, page previews and file format before purchasing.

Problems with your purchase

If your file is missing, damaged, cannot be downloaded or does not match its description, please contact us through our Contact page. Include your order number, the email used at checkout and a description of the issue. Screenshots are helpful where available.

We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy. For minor faults, we will correct the problem free of charge within a reasonable time. For a major fault, you may choose a refund or replacement. If a minor fault cannot be fixed within a reasonable time, you may also be entitled to a refund or replacement.

Any refund will be made to your original payment method unless we agree otherwise. Your payment provider’s processing time may vary.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or replaces your rights under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws. These rights apply whether or not you have downloaded the file.
